These terms apply when you use the STLFixer website and STL repair tool.
Acceptance and permitted use
By using STLFixer, you agree to these terms. You may use the site for lawful personal or commercial projects when you have the right to use the model. Do not disrupt, overload or misuse the website.
Your files and rights
You keep all rights to your STL files and repaired downloads. You confirm that you own the files or have permission to use them. STLFixer does not claim ownership of your model.
Repair limits and no guarantee
STLFixer provides basic fixes such as removing broken triangles and duplicate faces and refreshing face directions. It does not guarantee that every model will be watertight, accurate, safe or printable. Some problems may remain.
Validation and manufacturing safety
You are responsible for checking model scale, dimensions, licenses, slicer output, material choice, printer settings and the safety of any manufactured object. Do not rely on this tool for safety-critical parts without suitable engineering validation.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features, limits and supported formats may change. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or misuse.

Links to editors, generators and slicers are provided for convenience and may be sponsored. Third-party products are governed by their own terms. A link does not guarantee availability or suitability.

Frequently asked questions
Does STLFixer guarantee a printable model?
No. You must still check the model dimensions, sliced layers, printer settings and print safety.
Can I use STLFixer for commercial models?
You may process a model you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for its intellectual property, confidentiality and any applicable license.
Who owns a repaired STL download?
You keep your rights to the original model and the repaired file. STLFixer does not claim ownership.
